Oceanside Community Arts Council Strategic Plan 2023–2028
This document outlines the five-year strategic plan to which the Board of Directors of the Oceanside Community Arts Council (OCAC) commits for the period 2023–2028. The strategic plan evolved from the Board’s experience and input from key funders, artists, local and regional residents, arts organizations, community and regional leaders, and representatives of Indigenous communities and local government.
We recognize that a strategic plan is a living document—one that must evolve as our programs and community needs grow. Regular evaluation and adaptation will ensure that OCAC continues to meet the artistic and cultural aspirations of the diverse communities we serve.
