This means that in order to sell at the market, each vendor has to be directly involved in the making, baking or growing of their product! Customers are encouraged to ask questions of the farmers, food producers and artisans to receive knowledgeable, accurate answers.Shopping at farmers’ markets is a way to truly “Support Local”, and it’s a great way to connect with people in the area, learn new things, and try different foods.Finding us is easy!     Classes run Tuesdays through Thursdays from July 11- 27 and repeat from August 1 – 17.
    Choose between am (10-12) and pm (1-3) classes so you can hit the beach before or after your class.

     Activities include beach seining, beach games, touch tanks & marine displays, skydiving exhibitions, kite building, dunk tank, giant bubbles, sandcastle building, parachute games, mini putting, facepainting, and more!

     Stage entertainment includes opening ceremony by Chief Michael Recalma, Qualicum Beach & Mount Arrowsmith Pipe Band, Belly Laughs Dancers, Ian Johnstone (family entertainer), and Dave Hart (guitarist).

     A free shuttle runs from 10:30 am to 3 pm, from Berwick Retirement Community to the beachfront.
