    Since 1973, the Errington Farmers’ Market has served the communities of Errington, Coombs, Hilliers, Whiskey Creek, and Parksville.“Make it, Bake it, Grow it” is the basic tenet of farmers’ markets. This means that in order to sell at the market, each vendor has to be directly involved in the making, baking or growing of their product! Customers are encouraged to ask questions of the farmers, food producers and artisans to receive knowledgeable, accurate answers.Shopping at farmers’ markets is a way to truly “Support Local”, and it’s a great way to connect with people in the area, learn new things, and try different foods.Finding us is easy! We are only 2 km off the Port Alberni Highway on your way to Englishman River Falls Provincial Park.

    TRANSITIONS: National Mosaics Conference 2023: We are so thrilled to be hosting this National Mosaics Conference at the MAC this summer! We will be welcoming Mosaic artists from across Canada, who will be hosting a wonderful series of Artist Talks, Workshops & Classes AND a community mosaics project, for all of our summer visitors to participate in! Bring your summer visitors and come and be a part of this exciting, innovative, educational, juried exhibition.

    Running July 1- August 27, 2023. Opening Celebrations: July 1st, 1-3pm. Check out the MOSAICS Artist Talks and Classes and be a part of the wonderful activities this summer at the MAC!

    The Artist Exhibition/Sale is a juried event.

    • There will be spaces for (35) artists
    • You must bring your own display materials
    • Tables are provided (6’ or 8’)
    • Artists need to be present with their work for the entire day and handle their own sales
    • Internet available for debit and credit card sales
    • Exhibition Set Up: Fri, Sep 22nd 5 – 8 p.m
    • Exhibition Day: Sat, Sep 23rd 10 a.m – 5 p.m

    For consideration, Artists are required to submit a completed application form along with (3) colour photos of their work and a brief Bio or Artist statement to route19a.arts@gmail.com. Please include the word “Application” in the Subject Line.

    Application Deadline is: Sat July 15th, 23

    Jury selection process will be completed by July 21st, 23. Successful artists will be notified by email.
