As a Community Presenter, we arrange an annual series of concerts and dances with professional touring artists. Local musicians perform at a monthly coffee house. We produce “A Night at the Palace,” an annual vaudeville burlesque show with a live band that has a four-night run in February. New additions to our programming are a children’s choir and pre-school and after school music classes. We organize a Christmas Concert, Christmas Craft Fair, Halloween dance and the Pumpkin Trail performance arts evening in the Errington Park. Our annual Hi Neighbour Festival in August celebrates community arts, music, and pastimes. We host the annual Islands Luthiers Guild showcase as well as film screenings and fundraising performances by non-profit groups. Each May, the hall is the venue for the Islands Celtic Festival. A new music initiative, a Festival of Small Halls, is planned for June, 2024.
